From the 14th to the 18th August Tom was at Pebble Beach as part of the 2019 Monterey Car Week. The Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance is the highlight with the world’s finest cars competing in the most celebrated concours event in the motoring calendar. This years Pebble Beach marked the centenary of Bentley and Tom transported his very own 1929 Bentley 4 ½ Litre Vanden Plas over to Monterey to take part and we are very proud to say that we came 3rd in Class!
The concours took place on Sunday 18th but Tom drove his stunning Bentley in the Tour d’Elegance on Thursday 15th, a 70 mile scenic drive that offers fantastic roads and takes in the Pacific surf along the Big Sur coastline.
Throughout the week Gooding & Co, RM Sotheby’s and Bonhams were hosting their highly anticipated auctions with some fabulous cars on offer.
