An ex-works car, driven by Sir Stirling Moss to a 2nd place finish at the 1956 1,000km of Monza. Following its works races it was purchased by well-known privateer Lance Reventlow, the heir to the Woolworth fortune. From 1978 until 2015 it resided with some of Italy’s finest collectors and in recent years beautifully restored throughout by model experts. One of only 32 examples ever produced and considered to be one of the most important of them all. Complete with its original build sheet, numerous photos from period races and its original soft-top which is quite remarkable. Eligible for all the great events throughout the world which include but not limited to Pebble Beach, Villa d’Este, The Mille Miglia and The Colorado Grand.
