Driven by Niki Lauda to victory in the 1978 Swedish Grand Prix, in which he won the race by over half a minute.

Following its victory in Sweden, the car also achieved a second place finish at the British Grand Prix as a non-fan car.

A revolutionary Gordon Murray design that would have changed the subsequent direction of Formula One had it not been withdrawn from racing following its dominant victory.
